Our Story
Wedding Stories was born out of a passion for creating unforgettable experiences.
After years working in event production and the audiovisual industry, we realized that weddings deserved more than just organization – they deserved storytelling, emotion, and attention to detail.
Each wedding is designed uniquely, taking into account the couple’s personality, the venue’s atmosphere, and the guests’ experience.
We don’t just plan weddings.
At Wedding Stories, we create meticulously planned experiences for couples from around the world who choose Portugal as the setting for their wedding.
Our Planner
Daniela Nunes is the founder and lead planner behind Wedding Stories.
With a background in event coordination and wedding production, she created Wedding Stories with one clear purpose: to give couples genuine support, guidance and peace of mind throughout the entire wedding experience.
For Daniela, wedding planning goes far beyond creating beautiful aesthetics. Behind every seamless celebration is careful organisation, anticipation and problem-solving. Together with her team, she manages timelines, suppliers, logistics and every moving part of the event to ensure that couples can be fully present on one of the most important days of their lives.
From the first conversation to the final moments of the wedding day, Daniela works closely with every vendor involved — including suppliers booked independently by the couple — ensuring that everyone is aligned, informed and working towards the same vision and experience.
Her calm, attentive and solution-focused approach allows each celebration to unfold naturally and effortlessly, while every detail is handled discreetly behind the scenes.
Through Wedding Stories, Daniela creates more than weddings. She creates an experience where couples feel supported, cared for and free to truly enjoy every moment with confidence, presence and peace of mind.
